Celebrating 250 years of the Republic
Celebrate Independence Day with us at House of Applejay!
Join us on July 4 from 11 AM–3 PM for a picnic at the distillery featuring live music by the Roadkill Rangers. Then stay for FIFA World Cup action on the big screen as we stream the matches throughout the afternoon.
To top it all off, join us at 7 PM in downtown Ellijay and cheer on the House of Applejay float in the Independence Day Parade.
Great music, great soccer, and a great day to celebrate America in the North Georgia Mountains. Cheers!

In the opening evening, Caroline covers the very beginnings — from the earliest archaeological evidence and Tapputi (~1200 BCE), the world’s first recorded chemist, to Mary the Jewess, the first true alchemist who invented key distillation tools still used today.
