Ladies and gentlemen, and friends of House Of Applejay,

As we stand on the brink of an exciting new chapter for our distillery, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to those who have helped bring us to this moment. Anthony Arbucci, our landlord, your unwavering support and belief in our vision have been instrumental. Mayor Don Callihan of East Ellijay and Public Safety Director Larry Callahan, your support in taking over this project midstream has been invaluable, and we are grateful for your partnership.

I also want to extend our gratitude to The Gilmer Chamber of Commerce, Jennifer Ann Grimmer, and her team, for organizing this event and for including House Of Applejay in their exceptional programs. Your support and hard work are truly appreciated.

In celebration of this milestone, on April 24th 2024, 4:30 pm, we invite you to join us for Applejay tastings, the opportunity to capture memories as Master Distillers in front of the House Of Applejay pot still, and guided tours of our distillery. And, of course, don’t miss the chance to sit in Georgia’s largest barrels, our #BEARBARRELS, for an unforgettable experience.
