The heart of LIQUISTRY is straightforward. When a liqueur is crafted with care — using real fruit, botanicals, pristine Appalachian water, and nothing artificial — the cocktail needs little else. LIQUISTRY is built on the belief that a good cocktail does not require more than three ingredients: a base spirit, a precisely balanced liqueur, and, when desired, a simple souring or bitter element. The LIQUISTRY Formula
Most cocktails follow this simple, reliable structure:
- A clean base spirit (like our Mt. Grassy Knob Sweetgrass Naturally Flavored Vodka or another favorite)
- One of our high-quality, all-natural liqueurs (Applejay, Winter Cherry Mountain, Cranberry Mountain, or Mt. Wildcat Old-Style Juniper)
- Optional brighteners — a squeeze of fresh citrus for lift, or a dash of bitters for gentle depth
